ABOUT SIR TEACHALOT

Sir Teachalot has been evolving since 1989, starting initially as one colleague’s personal teaching style who always believed that children could work as hard as their teachers do if they can be engaged with the material in hand. We have found that models and role play make learning immediate, memorable and real – and that is what we aim to bring to our presentations!

We have all been members of various re-enactment groups for many years with particular interests in Greek, Roman, Medieval and Napoleonic periods.

In addition, we all enjoy researching and constructing historically accurate artefacts that we bring to school to enhance our workshops.
